Event Information for Vendors

Hello Fellow Vendors! Here are a few quick points that we want to make sure you are aware of prior to the event:
  • Check in times: Friday from 2pm-7pm. Vendor check-in will be on the north end of the green, by The Fullerton Inn. 
  • Complimentary lunch from Chester Baptist Church for those who submit emails requesting it.
  • The festival hours are Saturday & Sunday from 9am-4pm. Rain or shine. Please do not break down your booth or leave early, either day!
  • Tents must be staked AND weighted. Fly-always will incur the cost of any damage caused to festival property or other vendor's property.
  • Vendor vehicles must be removed from the area of The Common/Green by 8am Saturday and Sunday mornings. 
  • For your questions & assistance, there will be an information booth at the north end of the green and another just south of the Chester Information Booth. Shannon of Wisdom River Designs is the vendor assistant who will be available early Saturday & Sunday mornings.
  • Please park in the designated vendor parking lot (at the end of Canal Street) to allow patrons easy access to the festival! Handicap parking is available behind The Chester Baptist Church for those in need. 
  • There are volunteers that are available to watch your booth for a short period of time. Please only use their services for 10-15 minutes, max. 
  • Any photography obtained during the festival by a Chester Fall Festival member or hired entity, is property of the festival and may use these photos in any marketing, advertising and public display seen fit.
  • Vendor is responsible for remitting Vermont sales tax as required.
  • Vendors must leave booth space and the surrounding area clear of ALL trash and debris at the end of the market.
  • Last but not least, please be kind to volunteers, festival staff & other vendors.
