The Chester Community Events Committee reviews applications on a rolling, first-come-first-serve basis.
The form below is a preliminary "request for application" for vendors who wish to participate in the 2025 event. Submitting your information below will allow us to assess your business as an appropriate vendor for the Chester Festival. If accepted, we will follow up with an additional form which you will be required to fill out and submit as your official vendor application. |

Saturday, September 20th from 9am - 5pm Sunday, September 21st from 9am - 4pm Festival location: On & around Common Street, Chester, VT 05143. Booth Pricing: 10ft x 10ft = $200 10ft x 20ft = $375 Vendor set up: Friday, September 19th from 11am-6pm
Vendor breakdown: Sunday, September 21st from 4:15pm - 7pm.
Photo and Video Consent:Images, videos and other festival-related content obtained during the festival by a Chester Community Events Committee member or hired entity is property of the Chester Community Events Committee, which may use these photos in any marketing, advertising and public display.
