Products

All products for sale or on display or must be handmade and contain only the work described in the vendor application.

Booth Fees

Single Booth (10’ x 10’):  $200 
Double Booth (10’ x 20’): $375
Non-Profit Booth (10x10): $50
Vendors are responsible for remitting Vermont sales tax.

Booth Sharing

• Each booth may include a maximum of two vendors.
• Each vendor must submit an application.

Parking

• Vendors may park in their designated lot at the end of Canal Streeta
• Handicap parking is located behind The Chester Baptist Church
• Vehicles must be cleared from the vendor area and The Common by 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday

Check-in

• Check-in is located at the main information booth at the north end of the Common, by The Fullerton Inn
• At check-in, vendors are offered a schedule of volunteers available to watch your booth for short periods of time.

Set-Up

Friday, September 20th, 2024 | (exact time is TBD)

• ​Vendors may arrive as early as 6am on Saturday and Sunday
• Tents must be staked and weighted (vendors are responsible for the cost of any damages caused by their tents or operations)
• Friday morning set-up is not permitted

Break-down

Sunday, September 22, 2024 | 4:00 pm — 7:00 pm
Breakdown before 4:00 pm is prohibited

• Vendors must leave booth space and the surrounding area clear of all trash and debris.
