2024 Vendor Information & Application
Please carefully read through the following information and then fill out the form below:
FESTIVAL DATE & TIMES:
Saturday, September 21st from 9am - 5pm Sunday, September 22nd from 9am - 4pm VENDOR SET UP: Friday, September 20th, times TBD Tent set up on Saturday morning is not permitted. Vendors can arrive as early as 6am on Saturday & Sunday to prep booths. FESTIVAL BREAKDOWN: Sunday, September 22nd from 4pm - 7pm Early booth breakdown on Saturday or Sunday is prohibited. We must think of the safety of our attendees and workers that could still be in the parking area of the common. Failure to comply with this request will be considered an act of defiance and will be taken into consideration for your acceptance into future events. BOOTH SHARING: Maximum of two vendors per booth. Both vendors must apply & be approved. PRODUCTS: All products must be handmade and only the work described in your application may be displayed. BOOTH FEES: Single Booth, (10’ x 10’): $200 Double Booth (10’ x 20’): $375 Non-Profit Booth (10x10): $50 Returning/Invited vendors have first dibs on festival booths. Once applications open up to the public, they are on a first-come-first-serve, rolling basis. We will review your application and respond back to you in a timely manner so that you are able to plan accordingly. |
